Designed for both soil and high EC soilless growing media, the WCS-9 provides accurate real-time measurements of Volumetric Water Content (VWC), Electrical Conductivity (EC), and substrate temperature. Unlike traditional single-point sensors that can be affected by uneven moisture distribution, nutrient build-up, or water channeling, the WCS-9 uses an advanced multi-node design to deliver a more representative view of your root zone.

 

The system allows you to connect up to four Sensor Nodes to a single display unit, collecting readings from multiple locations throughout the substrate. These measurements are combined to calculate a reliable average, giving growers a clearer understanding of overall root zone conditions and enabling more informed irrigation and nutrient management decisions.
