Shipping

We offer same day shipping, and express courier services Australia-wide. All items are sent are wrapped discreetly to ensure safe delivery. 

 

1. Shipped with ATL - authority to leave using our choice of post or courier. Please specify a safe place to leave the delivery at your address during checkout.
   
   

Courier delivery:

1. We use Startrack and Couriers Please.

2. All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery

3. In the case that your location is not serviced by these couriers, we will use another service (including Australia Post) that delivers to your location.

4. In some cases, including small towns, the delivery will go to their nearest depot or a designated collection point in the closest town.

5. Note: You must supply a street address for courier delivery. We will request your street address (and any additional shipping cost) if a PO Box is provided with the courier delivery option.

Australia Post delivery:

All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery

1. Parcels may require signature on delivery if requested or if high value(or at pickup if delivery is missed).

2. Deliveries to PO boxes require Australia Post shipping.

3. Australia Post shipping is available for items up to 100cm long.

4. We may request your approval to change the shipping method if the item does not meet Australia Post shipping requirements
   
   Same day shipping:

Due to the volume we now send (Thank you to all our loyal customers) All stocked items purchased in the online store before 9am EST on weekdays are sent on the same day. In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following business day.

Damage to products during shipping:

In the case you have received your goods damaged you must take photos of the damaged item and damaged box/wrapper and contact us immediately; 

Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Delivery costs for excluded items will be automatically calculated and, your eligible Standard delivery fee will be automatically waived at checkout for orders over $300 for selected products.

This is subject to change without notice. Hyalite reserves the right to adjust or retract this offer at its discretion.

Exclusions to this offer include:

- An order that includes multiple large products, which would make your package over 1m (width, height or length) or over 20kgs.

For example, tent kits, large carbon filters, trimmers or nutrient reservoirs/storage containers with other products could cause the order to go over these metrics and no longer qualify for Free Delivery.
