You must not breach any copyright or intellectual property rights connected with the Site. This includes but is not limited to:

10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, retention, and your access, correction and complaint rights. Using this Site or placing an order does not give blanket consent to unrelated uses or marketing.
11. Your content
If you choose to add any content on the Site, you:
(a) warrant to us that you have all necessary rights to post the content;
(b) grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide and transferable right and licence to use that content in any way (including but not limited to
reproducing, changing, and communicating the content to the public) and permit us to authorise any other person to do the same thing; and
(c) you consent to any act or omission which would otherwise constitute an infringement of your moral rights, and if you add any content in which any third party has moral rights, you must ensure that the third party consents in the same manner.
12. Third party information
The Site may contain third party information, including but not limited to user comments, guest articles and advertisements (Third Party Information). We do not control, recommend, endorse, sponsor or approve Third Party Information, including any information, products or services mentioned in Third Party Information. You should make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of Third Party Information for you.
13. Third party links and websites
This Site may contain links to websites owned by third parties (Third Party Sites). We do not control, recommend, endorse, sponsor or approve Third Party Sites, including any information, products or services mentioned on Third Party Sites. You should make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of Third Party Sites for you.
14. Reservation of rights
We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a breach of these Terms or a security risk. This does not remove our obligations for paid orders or your consumer rights.
15. Delays and outages
We take reasonable steps to keep the Site available, but maintenance, faults or events outside our control may interrupt it. Contact us if an interruption affects a payment or order. Your rights for an existing order continue during an outage or if the Site is discontinued.
16. Security
We use HTTPS to protect information in transit. Payment details are entered on the payment provider's page, and the provider processes the payment. Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information. No website or payment service can guarantee complete security.
17. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for loss caused by our breach of these Terms or a duty owed to you, as provided by law. We do not exclude liability for consumer guarantees, fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by your unlawful use of the Site or events for which the law does not make us responsible.
Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. Our Warranty & returns policy explains how to seek help with faulty or damaged goods.
18. Disclaimer
We cannot promise that access will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. This is not a disclaimer of statutory guarantees about products or services we supply.
We take reasonable care with product descriptions, prices and other Site information. If you believe information is incorrect, please contact us. Any error affecting an existing order must be resolved consistently with your consumer rights. We do not control:
(a) the independent opinions of third-party contributors;
(b) Third Party Information; or
(c) Third Party Sites.
Consider whether general information suits your circumstances, and obtain qualified advice where needed. This does not reduce our responsibility for representations we make about the products we sell.
19. Indemnity
You are responsible for loss you cause by unlawful conduct or a breach of these Terms, to the extent provided by law. You are not required to reimburse us for our own fault. Examples of conduct for which you may be responsible include:
(a) deliberately interfering with the security or operation of the Site;
(b) knowingly submitting material you have no right to publish; or
(c) any wilful, unlawful or negligent act or omission by you.
Any responsibility is limited to the loss attributable to that conduct and does not restrict your consumer rights. A transfer of our business or rights under these Terms will not reduce your existing rights or remedies.
20. Breach
Use the Site lawfully. We may take reasonable steps to address a breach, including removing unlawful content or restricting access needed to protect the Site and its users. Not acting on one occasion does not prevent us addressing a later breach. Restrictions on access do not extinguish your rights relating to an existing order.
21. Exclusion of competitors
You must not copy or misuse protected Site content for a competing business without permission. This does not prevent lawful comparison, fair dealing, or use permitted by law.
22. Enforceability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, then the provision will not apply in that jurisdiction and is deemed not to have been included in these Terms in that jurisdiction. This will not affect the remainder of these Terms, which continue in full force and effect.
23. Further assurances
Each party must, at its own expense, do everything reasonably necessary to give full effect to these Terms and the events contemplated by them.
24. Termination
You can stop using the Site at any time. We may discontinue it or end access where reasonably necessary, but obligations and rights relating to an existing order, refund or dispute continue.
25. Disputes
Please contact us if you have a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Negotiation or mediation is voluntary and does not prevent you contacting a regulator, tribunal or court or exercising a statutory right.
26. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Australian law. You and Hyalite may bring proceedings in the courts or tribunals of Australia. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring a claim in another forum available to you by law.
