  1. Payment Process
    • Payment is required when you place your Click and Collect order. Orders will not be processed without payment.
  1. Order Confirmation
    • Once your order is placed, our team will prepare your items. You will receive a confirmation notification (via email, SMS, or phone call) when your order is ready for collection.
  1. Order Collection
    • Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your order-ready notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.
  1. Unavailable Items
    • If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. We can attempt to source the item from another store, but please note that this may delay the collection time. Alternatively, you can replace the item, remove it from your order, or cancel it.
  1. Order Cancellation and Refund
    • If you don't pick up your order within 14 days, it will be cancelled. We'll refund the amount you paid but deduct a 15% restocking fee. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  1. How does Click and Collect work?
    • Simply place your order online, make your payment, and wait for our notification that your order is ready for collection. Then, visit our store with your confirmation and ID to pick it up.
  1. When will my order be ready?
    • We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Depending on item availability and store hours, this usually takes 2 hours.
  1. What happens if an item in my order is unavailable?
    • If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer alternatives. We can try to source the item from another store, which may delay your collection time. You can also choose to substitute the item, remove it from your order, or cancel the order.
  1. How long will my order be held?
    • Orders will be held for 14 days after you are notified that they are ready for collection. If they are not collected within this time, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued, minus a 15% restocking fee.
  1. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    • Yes, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Note that changes may affect the availability and timing of your order.
  1. What do I need to bring to collect my order?
    • Please bring your order confirmation (email or SMS) and a valid ID for verification.
  1. What if I can't collect my order within 14 days?
    • If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days, please contact us to discuss your options. Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
