New Media Shipping Rates:
Starting now, all medium bags will incur a $15 charge per bag for shipping.
Courier Delivery:
·We utilize reliable shipping services like NZ Couriers or NZ Post.
·Your delivery will be shipped with ATL (authority to leave) using our chosen post or courier. During checkout, please specify a safe location at your address for the delivery.
·If your location is not serviced by these couriers, we will opt for an alternative service that delivers to your area.
·In some cases, such as small towns, the delivery may be directed to the nearest depot or designated collection point in the closest town.
·Kindly note: For courier delivery, a street address must be provided. If a PO Box is provided with the courier delivery option, we will request your street address and any additional shipping cost.
Damage during Shipping:
·In the event you receive damaged goods, promptly take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us immediately.
·Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Free Standard Delivery in New Zealand:
·Enjoy Free Standard Delivery to any street address in New Zealand when you purchase certain products at www.hyalite.co.nz (Exclusions apply. See T&Cs below.)

·Orders containing multiple large products, resulting in a package over 1.2m (width, height, or length) or over 25kgs. (For instance, tent kits, large carbon filters, or nutrient reservoirs/storage containers combined with other products might exceed these metrics and no longer qualify for Free Delivery.)
