The TrolMaster DCC-1 offers a convenient way to control a single device using more than one condition. For example, you can set it to turn on exhaust fans when either the temperature or humidity gets too high, or to shut off CO2 when exhaust fans are activated. This adapter allows multiple conditions to be either combined or separated depending on your needs. It’s designed for use with one of TrolMaster’s plug-in modules (DSC-1, DSH-1/2, DST-1/2, and DSP-1). Once connected via the built-in RJ12 cable, the DCC-1 works alongside the plug-in module to control your connected device.

The DCC-1 has an “Interlock” function, which offers two modes:
INTERLOCK OFF: When this mode is selected, EITHER condition linked to the modules can activate the connected device independently. (Modules work in parallel)

Examples of Interlock OFF mode:

Activate an exhaust fan to reduce temperature or humidity.

Run an exhaust fan at night using a recycling timer OR when humidity rises.

INTERLOCK ON: When this mode is selected, BOTH conditions must be met simultaneously for the device to activate. (Modules work in series)

Examples of Interlock ON mode:

Shut off CO2 when an exhaust fan is running.

Turn off lights if the area temperature becomes too high.
