Flowers are loaded into a high-capacity stainless steel hopper and then transferred into a stainless steel tumbler for trimming. The large tumbler, with a diameter of 220 mm, provides sufficient capacity to meet the demands of even the most professional growers.

As the flowers rotate within the tumbler, they are gradually moved through the system. The adjustable blades allow you to precisely set the trimming gap between the blade and the reel, ensuring clean cuts. With a trimming distance of just 1 mm, you achieve perfectly trimmed flowers.

The Automatic Trimmer XL 2.0® is positioned on a Workstation XL®, which connects to a powerful suction system with a capacity of 1,700 Pa. This system, powered by a high-quality motor, facilitates the smooth movement of flowers throughout the trimming process, while waste materials like leaves and stems are automatically directed into a leaf bag.

Weighing 90 kg, the Automatic Trimmer XL 2.0® is a robust yet fully portable solution, equipped with wheels mounted on the lower part of the workstation for easy mobility.
