Oscillating fans push the air through the leaves and the tops of the plants which is where good air flow is a must. Leaves take in the air on their underside through tiny microscopic pores known as the stomata. Oscillating fans help keep a constant supply of air movement within the plants which really helps the plant replenish itself with fresh air.
