The nine elements most commonly responsible are calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc, molybdenum, boron, and nitrogen. Addressing only calcium and magnesium while leaving the remaining trace elements unaccounted for is why deficiency symptoms so often persist even after supplementation. FloraMax Ca-Mg-Fe covers all nine in a single product, formulated to prevent the full spectrum of common deficiency symptoms, including leaf yellowing, leaf curl, stunted growth, withered fruit set, and bud deterioration.

The trace element compounds used in Ca-Mg-Fe are alkaline-resistant, maintaining stability at pH levels up to 10. Many alternative trace-element species become unstable at much lower pH values, thereby losing bioavailability before they reach the root zone. This is a primary reason trace element deficiencies are so persistent in growing systems where pH fluctuates or runs high. The alkaline-resistant compounds in Ca-Mg-Fe remain in solution and are available for uptake across a wide pH range. Fully compatible with all liquid and powdered base nutrients.
