The Handheld Substrate Meter H600 Pro combines accuracy, ease of use, and practicality, making it a valuable asset for precise measurements in soft, moist substrates or liquids across various industries.

We recommend storing the pH electrode with KCI storage solution  in the protective cover.

Operating information

Check if the meter is equipped with one 9 Volt battery.

Connect the pH and EC electrodes to the instrument.

Remove the pH electrodes' protective cap.

Press the on/off button to turn on the meter.

Place the electrodes in the (soft) substrate (make sure the substrate is well wet/damp, otherwise the meter will not work properly) or liquid to be measured.

Press the Temp button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Press the MODE button to cycle through measurements of pH, EC, TDS and PPM.

Press the HOLD button to save the measurement. Do not forget to press the HOLD button when taking another measurement.

Turn off the meter after use.

Rinse the pH and EC electrodes using tap water to minimise contamination.

Gently dry the electrodes.

Replace the EC electrode's protective cap.

Fill the pH electrode's protective cap with storage solution and replace it.
