Aquamaster C30 Triple Pump Set (Nutrient)

The C30 is a dedicated dosing unit equipped with three peristaltic pumps, engineered for precise nutrient (EC) dosing in irrigation and hydroponic systems. It is designed exclusively for nutrient delivery and does not support pH control. Each pump operates at a standard dosing rate of 1.5 ml per second, ensuring consistent and reliable nutrient application.

Connection & Expasion Options

The C30 connects directly to a compatible controller via the left UTP port located on the underside of the unit. For system expansion, the right UTP port allows additional dosing modules to be connected, including:

• C10 (adds 1 additional pump)
• C20 (adds 2 additional pumps)

Mechanical integration is achieved through the integrated side slide rail, while electrical connection is handled via the included 50 cm UTP cable, ensuring a secure and straightforward setup.

Pump Assignment in the Controller Menu

Depending on the configuration, pump numbering is automatically assigned as follows:

• C30 only: Pumps 1, 2, and 3
• C30 + C10: Pumps 1 to 4
• C30 + C20: Pumps 1 to 5

A single controller supports a maximum of five EC dosing pumps for nutrients and one pH dosing pump, allowing up to six pumps per system.

Manual Operation

Each pump is fitted with a manual priming button, enabling individual activation. This feature is particularly useful for priming lines, emptying tubing, or performing maintenance during installation and servicing.
